Family Voices is committed to hosting a safe event for every participant. As preventive measures evolve, there may be updates to the safety measures for our in-person events. Our decisions and preventive measures are guided by the requirements and guidance of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) as well as federal, state and local health authorities.

Preventive measures taken include:

• Masks are required for all sessions and indoor activities
• Social Distancing (fewer people seated at tables, options during mealtimes to leave the meeting room)
• Hand sanitizing stations
• Enhanced sanitation of meeting spaces

Event Staff: We urge all on-site staff to wear masks, however, we cannot require that masks will be worn at all times.
