Ethics and Boundaries for CLTS Professionals

Thank you to the Department of Health Services, Bureau of Children’s Services, for co-hosting and supporting this event!
This professional development day brings together Children’s Long-Term Support (CLTS) Program professionals, including Support and Service Coordinators (SSCs). We hope you’ll join us to connect and learn with the goal of providing high-quality services for Wisconsin families who have children with special health care needs and disabilities.
Our Attendees
The content for this day has been specially created for:
- CLTS Program Support and Service Coordinators,
- CLTS Program Supervisors,
- CLTS Program Managers,
- Other CLTS Professionals, and
- Birth to 3 Program Professionals.
The Day's Focus
The day includes a family panel and a 4-hour Ethics and Boundaries training, with content specifically developed to be relevant to CLTS professionals.
- Continuing education hours (CEHs) will be available from UW Stevens Point Department of Sociology and Social Work including proper documentation for people needing to maintain their Social Work certification or licensure.
- Lunch and snacks, as well as payment for the credits are included in your registration fee.
- Resource vendors from a variety of agencies will be part of the event.
- A discounted rate is available for professionals planning to attend the Preconference and the Circles of Life Conference immediately following.
Continuing Education Hours information coming soon
As part of the registration fee, professionals are eligible for Continuing Education Hours (CEHs) through UW Stevens Point Department of Sociology and Social Work. Attendees have 30 days after the conference to request CEH credits.
