What’s After High School and Community Conversation about Transition

November 18 @ 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm Free

This is a virtual meeting to be held using Zoom Video Conferencing. You can also use your phone to participate.

What’s After High School is an overview of the transition to adult life for young adults with disabilities and/or special health care needs. This training is perfect for families with children ages 14 – 21 and the providers and school staff who work with them.

After the training session (4:30 – 5:30pm), Appleton Area School District staff will lead a conversation to learn what is important to you and what needs and challenges families and transition age students are experiencing.
